My friend Thomas sent me the link to a Mark Bittman article,  inspiring people to make pizza at home.  I love making pizza, and couldn’t wait to try his dough recipe.  I don’t own a food processor, so I used my kitchen aid mixer, fitted with a dough hook and hoped for the best.  Such fantastic results!
